Orders

When placing an order you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes. If you have not received the confirmation, please check the spam folder or that you filled in the correct email address.

Even if you have not received an order confirmation your order might still have been processed.

Cancellation or changing of an order

Since we pack your order shortly after ordering, we can not cancel, add or change anything in your order.

Shipping

Your order can only be shipped within Sweden. The order will be shipped from our warehouse in Uppsala, Sweden.

We always aim to pack your order within 24 hours.

Estimated delivery within 7 days.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated depending on the weight of your order.

2 kg and above	500 SEK

We accept the following payment methods below. Please note that we cannot accept any other method of payment than those listed.

Returns

You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

We only accept item(s) for returns:

If item(s) have been purchased in our online shop.
If items(s) are unopened.
All products being returned are securely packed into a slightly larger package to prevent damage to the product and/ or original packaging.
